Phase 1: Clarifying Areas for Value and Impact
Objective
The goal of Phase 1 is to probe the current role that brand plays within the organization, and identify opportunities to support a future goal of company-wide “brand fluency” as well as consistent and strategic application of the brand to support the vision and mission of the business.
Tasks
– Review existing Brand framework, processes & tools to understand current state and identify gaps
– Mgmt interviews (5-7) on future business vision with an ear to teasing out how brand can support goals and the ideal Brand Leader profile to be successful within Applied Materials organization and culture
– 1 on 1 meetings with the existing brand team to assess current capabilities, passions & gaps
Deliverables
– Brand Lead Job Description -working with Dr. NaTasha Jordan Industrial and Organizational Psychologist
– Diagnostic Roadmap – identify priority areas/rationale/resources to take the Applied Materials Brand to the next level of strategic value and impact. This Diagnostic Roadmap will be the starting point for determining the scope and deliverables in Phase 2.
Timing/BrandTwist Fees

$21K (50% plus 2.9% processing fee to be paid upon product commencement)
