Objective <\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The goal of Phase 1 is to probe the <\/span>current<\/span><\/i> role that brand plays within the organization, and identify opportunities to support a <\/span>future<\/span><\/i> goal of company-wide <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/i>\u201cbrand fluency\u201d as well as consistent and strategic application of the brand to support the vision and mission of the business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Tasks<\/b><\/p>\n –\u00a0 Review existing Brand framework, processes &\u00a0 tools to understand current state and identify gaps<\/span><\/p>\n –\u00a0 Mgmt interviews (5-7) on future business vision with an ear to teasing out how brand can support goals and the ideal Brand Leader profile to be successful within Applied Materials organization and culture<\/span><\/p>\n –\u00a0 1 on 1 meetings with the existing brand team to assess current capabilities, passions\u00a0 & gaps<\/span><\/p>\n Deliverables<\/b><\/p>\n – Brand Lead Job Description -working with Dr. NaTasha Jordan Industrial and Organizational Psychologist\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n – Diagnostic Roadmap – identify priority areas\/rationale\/resources to take the Applied Materials Brand to the next level of strategic value and impact.
